Chicken curry sauce

Chicken curry is always a win and you can hardly go wrong with it!! and is best served with basmati riceĀ 

Ingredients

  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1 Small green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Small red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Small yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 3 Medium garlic
  • fresh scotch bonnet pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Medium onions (sliced)
  • seasoning
  • salt
  • 100g chicken breast (cut to small pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour (to thicken)

Directions

Step 1
place the chicken in a pot and add 1 tablespoon curry powder
Step 2
then add the soy sauce, little seasoning and little salt
Step 3
stir well and place on the fire to cook for 1 minute while stirring to avoid burning
Step 4
then pour in the coconut milk
Step 5
taste for seasoning and add the remaining curry powder then leave to boil for 4-5 minutes
Step 6
then add the sliced peppers and onions
Step 7
add the garlic and leave to boil for 2 minutes
Step 8
then mix the corn flour in little water and add to the pot and stir
Step 9
leave to cook for 2 minutes
