Facts about owho soup:
You MUST use urhobo oil for it(only sold in delta State and not same as the popular palm oil)
You MUST use native salt(not same as table table. please check my food condiment page to have a look)
Dryfish is a MUST!
You MUST prepare with starch. ( some others thicken with garri but the texture is different)
You must not use salt!
Tiko (bush meat) gives it a distinct taste.Note: if not properly made, it becomes watery as you eat.
DO NOT COVER THE POT AFTER YOU GET TO THE STARCH STAGE UNTIL YOU ARE DONE COOKING
