Ingredients
- 800g fresh tomato (roughly grinded)
- 100g fresh pepper (roughly grinded)
- 50g onion (roughly grinded)
- 80ml groundnut oil
- 2kg fresh fish (washed and salted)
- 1 Large spring onion (sliced)
- salt
- seasoning
Note
try not to roughly blend the vegetables with too much water
wash and present the fish 10minutes before adding to the soup to allow the salt penetrate the fish
