liver sauce is super easy to make but also really delicious! it can be taken with boiled rice, pasta,noodles...

Ingredients

  • 1/2kg liver
  • 6 Large tomatoes (sliced)
  • 10 Large fresh scotch bonnet pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Large onions (sliced)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • seasoning
  • salt

Note

liver sauce is super easy to make but also really delicious! it can be taken with boiled rice, pasta,noodles...

Directions

Step 1
boil the liver with 2 pinches of salt and dice. (be mindful of the salt as you do not need much salt in it)
Step 2
place a pan on the fire and add little vegetable oil
Step 3
then pour in the sliced vegetables and crushed garlic and stir
Step 4
then add the diced liver
Step 5
stir to mix and taste for seasoning then continue stir frying 3-4 minutes
