  • 4 Large egg
  • green bell pepper (thinly diced)
  • onions (thinly diced)
  • fresh pepper (thinly diced)
  • butter (to grease pan)
  • tablespoon water
  • seasoning
  • salt


Dice the vegetables as thin as possible or the vegetables would pierce through the egg and fall off

you need the lowest gas light possible or you ruin it all

for ease and perfection, make use of a non-stick pan


Step 1
add the thinly diced vegetables,tablespoon water, seasoning and salt to the egg and mix well
Step 2
lightly butter a small pan on the fire.set on the lowest heat possible. And allow the pan to light heat up.
Step 3
whisk egg and add small batch to the pan
Step 4
cover the pan to set the egg, still on very low heat.
Step 5
when set, roll from one edge gently halfway.
Step 6
roll halfway and slide up gently by bending the pan towards you with the handle
Step 7
rebutter slide part of pan and pour next batch connecting adjoining edge and repeat from step 4
Step 8
continue until you have exhausted the egg mix and roll up completely.Then use the back of the flat spatula to lightly press down on both top sides of the egg
