Ingredients

  • 1.8kg soursop
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tin evaporated milk
  • 4 cups water
  • 100g fresh ginger root (blended/pounded)

Directions

Step 1
rinse properly and slice open the ripe soursop
Step 2
pull out the white inner flesh after removing the middle stem
Step 3
use a spoon to marsh the flesh in a bowl and add milk
Step 4
add part of the water and mix well
Step 5
place a mesh on a bowl and pour in the mix
Step 6
use the spoon to press down on the mix, then pour the shaft into another bowl and add the rest of the water and mix. then pour into the sieve again and continue pressing down to release all juice.
Step 7
peel the ginger root and pound or grind, then add little water
Step 8
sieve the ginger liquid into the sieved juice
Step 9
add the sugar and taste ( you can adjust the thickness to taste)
