Ingredients

  • 4 Large green unripe plantain
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1
wash the green unripe plantain with water

Then peel the back skin of the plantain and throw away.
Cut the inner part of the plantain in small pieces then add 1 cup of water and blend using a blender or a food processor to a smooth thick paste and pour into a deep pot and place on very low heat and start stirring continuously with a wooden spatula.
Step 3
When it begins to form, you will notice some lumps forming as you stir but do not bother and keep stirring as they will all disappear as you stir on.
keep stirring on low heat until it all comes together and forms a huge mass.
(it gets firmer very fast as it cools)
